Prior to delivery, we conduct thorough inspections to ensure that our furniture arrives in excellent condition. If you opt for self-pickup, we highly recommend carefully inspecting the product before accepting it.

Our primary focus is your pleasant shopping experience, and we work diligently to ensure it. Our shipping options are straightforward and affordable for all orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States. Please note that we currently only ship to the mainland United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Free Shipping For Curbside Delivery Of All Products:

  • In-room Delivery service is temporarily unavailable due to health and safety concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic.


    Your order will be shipped via LTL freight carrier and left at the curb by the end of your driveway. The LTL freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important for you to be present during the delivery of your order. Please note that moving the order from the curb to the inside of a home or business is the customer's responsibility.

    You can track the estimated delivery date of your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Additionally, you have the option to sign up for text updates using the link in the same email.

    If you have any special delivery requests, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


    While we strive to send out your Okugaisun creation as soon as possible, we are unwilling to compromise on craftsmanship. All our products are custom-made, which means we do not simply grab them off a shelf and give them a quick dust. However, if you have a specific deadline, such as a guest arriving in town, please let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. For the most accurate manufacturing time estimate, please refer to your Order Confirmation email, which provides an estimate in business days.


    Typically, all orders leave our warehouse within 5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the type of shipment and the destination. The shipping duration can range from approximately 10-15 business days (based on the nearest warehouse to your delivery address), assuming there are no unexpected events such as earthquakes or snowstorms.


    You can log into your account at any time to view your order history and check the status of your placed orders. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking and carrier information. You also have the option to sign up for SMS updates on your phone.


    If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we can update the information in our system before the shipment is sent out. Please note that once your order is in transit, rerouting it becomes more challenging. However, we will do our best to assist you, although you may be responsible for any rerouting charges that apply.


    Upon receiving your package, we recommend inspecting it promptly to ensure it hasn't incurred any damage during transit. While we take precautions with specialized packaging, we cannot control unforeseen circumstances between our facility and your location. If your Okugaisun product arrives with any damages, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.


    If you intend to return your order for any reason, we kindly request that you keep the original packaging and include any padding materials. Please note that the original packaging is required for returns within the 30-day return period. If a return is made without the original packaging after the initial 30 days, additional costs may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.


    Take a moment to relax and maybe pour yourself a drink—light or dark, it doesn't matter. Once you've composed yourself, please take a few pictures of the issue, including the packaging, and send them to us. We will take care of the problem promptly. Remember, deep breaths!

    To facilitate an easy return, please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery. You can provide us with the details via the contact form on or through our website.


    While this is unlikely to occur, we understand that even the best-laid plans can go awry. If you discover that your order is missing something, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will promptly arrange to provide you with the missing parts. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we won't keep you waiting.
